Send me your project drawings. The price will be based upon the complexity and overall square footage of the house. As a good rule of thumb, most projects will cost around $2-3 per SF. I only model the entire house, because I believe that is the only way to provide a detailed and accurate picture of what the end product will look and feel like.

I will work with you and your designer to convert your 2D project drawings and finish selections into a detailed 3D model. I will work collaboratively with you throughout the process to ensure I am interpreting the design intent correctly.

The 3D model will be converted into a detailed, fully rendered panorama that allows you to see and feel your entire home before it is built. I can create a view of any space you want to see. If you have a VR headset, this feature is compatible and allows for an immersive experience.
